Hello! This is Laura Linn, container gardener, plant consultant, and owner of Myrtle and Morning Glory. I have loved gardening since I was girl planting flowers with my mother each spring. Today, I still get lost in the garden and spend hours planting new flowers, moving older plants to new locations and reinventing my garden each season. Through my years of gardening I have found that nothing can reinvent on outdoor space like a container garden. Potted plants fill empty spaces and serve as focal points. They can dress up a doorway, accent an existing garden or be used to create an entire garden on a patio or deck. However, container gardens aren't just for porches and patios. They can add light to a shady patch with a touch of color or bring bursts of color and interest to bare spots in the landscape.
